This time around I needed the rear shocks installed on my wife's car. I bought them separately (a brand I like) and asked if they would install. They stated of course they could and that there be no warranty on the shocks because they didn't provide them (this is standard procedure at 99% of shops) at which point I was OK with it.I walked in about 11:30am on a Monday and the car was ready even with alignment (AWD car) just before 2pm. I was happy about that because we had errands to run. TY guys!

Once again, these guys gave me a good price (I shopped), good advice and good service. They do more than brakes; I was there for my car "slipping" on turns. They found tie rods and motor mounts and took me into the garage to see what they saw.My mechanic uncle in Chicago agreed with their finding and the price they quoted!Professional, friendly and focused, they finished the work on my car 2.5 hrs sooner than quoted. They could've milked me for those two hours, but nope! Honesty and integrity, these are now my go-to team!

First off my apologies to the team for not posting this sooner!In all my years of taking my car to be repaired I have never received the quality service I received at this BrakeMaster location.John was very kind & informative.He answered all of my questions thoroughly- (and let me tell you I kept bothering him every minute of the day with more & more so I thank him for his patience as well!)At the time It was a costly repair, however John was able to work with me & prioritize the repairs that were needed in order to get me on the road again within my budget.The entire crew puts a smile on your face from the minute you walk in & it shows that they genuinely care about your car being in tip top condition for your own safety & not just looking to squeeze money out of you.Little side note: they also work with a few Discount Tire locations so that’s definitely a plus!All in all 5 out of 5 stars.I would absolutely recommend this location! I assure you your vehicle will be in good hands here.
